Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead in this role is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects related to Tableau and SQL. They will lead a team of technical professionals, ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of Tableau solutions. The primary objectives include optimizing Tableau performance, designing effective data visualization solutions, and managing SQL databases efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of technical professionals to develop, test, and implement tableau dashboards and reports.
2. Ensure the tableau solutions meet the business requirements and adhere to best practices in data visualization.
3. Optimize tableau performance by identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

Skill Requirements

1    Candidate should have at least 7+ years of hands on in Tableau Development
2    Candidate should have hands on experience in development of Tableau Visualization, Dashboard Experience and best practices
3    Knowledge in RDBMS, datamodel and datawarehouse concepts
4    
Candidate should have good hands on experience in writing SQL Queries from intermediate and advanced levels

5    Knowledge in migrations
6    Lead and manage technical teams in the design, development, and implementation of tableau dashboards
7    Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
8    Optimize tableau visualizations for performance and usability.
9    Experience in optimizing and rewriting existing sql queries for efficiency.
10    Troubleshoot technical issues related to tableau dashboards
11    Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in tableau
12    Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
13    Ability to lead technical teams and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
14    Problem-solving skills and attention to detail for troubleshooting technical issues.
15    Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for data analysis and solution development.
16    Excellent Communication is Mandatory
17    3 days a week work from office is Mandatory

Other Requirements

1.Tableau Desktop Certified Professional is preferred.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and provide valuable insights. 
3. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
