Job Summary

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Deep Understanding and experience on Jira tool’s data structures in projects.
  • Deep understanding of advanced data warehousing and data integration methods
  • Demonstrated success in leveraging data and insights to inform business decisions
  • Experience in influencing cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Strategic thinking with a proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
  • Minimum ~6 years of data analytics and/or with min 2 years in Jira data analysis
  • Proficiency in modern data and BI tools including Power BI or Tableau
  • Advanced understanding in Atlassian Jira Schema, JQL, SQL

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage technical teams in the design, development, and implementation of tableau dashboards and sql databases.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
3. Optimize tableau visualizations for performance and usability.
4. Maintain and enhance existing sql databases and optimize queries for efficiency.
5. Troubleshoot technical issues related to tableau dashboards and sql databases.
6. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in tableau and sql technologies.
7. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
