Job Summary

The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading technical projects related to Tableau and SQL. This role involves overseeing the technical aspects of projects, ensuring quality deliverables, and driving innovation in data visualization and database management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage technical teams in the design, development, and implementation of tableau dashboards and sql databases.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
3. Optimize tableau visualizations for performance and usability.
4. Maintain and enhance existing sql databases and optimize queries for efficiency.
5. Troubleshoot technical issues related to tableau dashboards and sql databases.
6. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in tableau and sql technologies.
7. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in tableau for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
2. Strong knowledge of sql for database design, querying, and optimization.
3. Experience in data visualization techniques and best practices.
4. Solid understanding of database management and optimization principles.
5. Ability to lead technical teams and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
6. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail for troubleshooting technical issues.
7. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for data analysis and solution development.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
