Job Summary

This role is accountable for driving strategic recruitment initiatives to attract, assess, and onboard top talent within the organization. The individual leverages advanced sourcing techniques, employer branding, and data-driven decision-making to fulfill workforce requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies using advanced sourcing platforms and recruitment analytics to meet organizational hiring goals.
2. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes by utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and digital assessment tools to ensure efficient candidate selection and onboarding.
3. Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive networking and engagement on professional platforms such as LinkedIn and industry-specific job boards.
4. Enhance employer branding initiatives by collaborating with marketing tools and social media channels to attract high-quality candidates.
5. Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports using HR analytics tools to inform strategic workforce planning and process improvements.
6. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies by applying HRIS and regulatory tracking systems throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
7. Partner with internal stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions aligned with business priorities.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
