Talent Acquisition Operations-Analyst

Job Summary

This role provides essential support to the talent acquisition process, facilitating the smooth execution of recruitment activities within the HR function. The position contributes to the organization’s hiring objectives by assisting in candidate management, interview scheduling, and documentation, ensuring an efficient recruitment workflow.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in candidate sourcing using applicant tracking systems and online job portals, ensuring accurate data entry and profile management.
2. Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics using recruitment management tools, supporting timely communication between candidates and interview panels.
3. Maintain recruitment documentation and update candidate status in HR databases, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
4. Participate in team discussions to understand hiring requirements and relay candidate information to relevant stakeholders.
5. Support onboarding activities by preparing offer letters and collecting necessary documentation using HR information systems.
