Key Responsibilities

1. Managing A Team Of Billing/Invoicing Specialists, Ensuring That They Are Properly Trained And Motivated To Perform Their Tasks Efficiently
2. Overseeing The Billing/Invoicing Process And Ensuring That The Team Operates Efficiently And Effectively
3. Ensures That All Billing/Invoicing Activities Are Carried Out In Compliance With Company Policies And Industry Regulations.
4. Monitoring The Performance Of The Team, Providing Guidance, And Conducting Regular Performance Evaluations.
5. Work Closely With Other Departments, Such As Sales And Customer Service, To Ensure That All Billing-Related Inquiries And Issues Are Resolved Promptly

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Billing And Invoicing Processes, Tools, And Best Practices.
2. Strong Understanding Of Compliance Regulations Related To Billing And Invoicing.
3. Excellent Interpersonal And Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
4. Strong Analytical Skills For Monitoring Performance Metrics And Identifying Areas For Improvement.
5. Familiarity With Erp Systems And Relevant Billing Software.

Other Requirements

1. B.Com/Bba Or Equivalent Graduation (Relevant To Location) Is Required.
2. Optional But Valuable: Certification In Billing And Invoicing Management Or Related Financial Qualifications
