5. Monitor team performance against quality targets through audit tools, ensuring right-first-time delivery and compliance with process requirements.
6. Participate in calibration audits utilizing compliance monitoring tools and provide feedback to enhance audit consistency and effectiveness.
7. Maintain process adherence by tracking attendance, login hours, and unscheduled leave, and address team concerns through regular updates and reviews.
8. Contribute to the retention of team members by supporting engagement and motivation initiatives within the team.
