Job Summary

Key note: This role ensures that the proper activities are implemented and managed in accordance with the EU GDP/GMP requirements and/or local legislation requirements (e.g. FDA, Japanese, HPRA, etc).

The incumbent will be a key contributor within our Temperature-Controlled Logistics and Supply team, ensuring that customers and patients receive essential medications in full compliance with regulatory and quality standards. This role plays a critical part in accelerating the global delivery of medicines by proactively addressing challenges, envisioning innovative solutions, and executing decisive actions.

The incumbent will collaborate closely with a team of Temperature-Controlled Logistics and Supply Chain experts to uphold the performance and reliability of our advanced Real-Time Temperature Monitoring (RTTM) platform. This includes promptly identifying and resolving any operational issues that may arise.

As a member of the RTTM Support function, the incumbent will be responsible for managing ticketing processes across the shipment lifecycle—pre-shipment, in-transit, and post-shipment. This includes resolution tracking and analytical reporting for a diverse range of customers and stakeholders worldwide.

1. IoT (internet of things) Platform Support

  • Shipment Creation
  • Shipment Delivery
  • Shipment Recreation
  • Pre-shipment, in-transit & post-shipment support
  • Manage user issues

2. TrackIt Onboarding & Governance

  • Source & Destination onboarding according to SOP
  • Shipment Milestone Analysis
  • Identify gaps & align with GFFs for improvement

3. Light Touch Site Management

  • Shipment Management

4. User Governance

  • Provide & remove access to the platforms
  • Monitor inactivity
  • Role cleanup

5. Location Governance

  • Location cleanup

6. Digital Integration

  • Support technical enhancements
  • Support DI onboardings

7. Continuous Improvements

  • Identify opportunities for improvements
  • Support implementation
  • Support execution
  • Changes in processes leading to improved performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Works according to relevant SOP / WI.

Skill Requirements

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration (Management), Supply Chain or Logistics or any appropriate work experience.

Any relevant work experience (1-2 years).

English fluency

MS Office Suite, SAP Basic, Tableau (optional), Power BI (optional)
