Job Summary

The QA Lead will be responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end Testing & Validation Strategy for the OPSU migration program. The role will ensure migration quality, data integrity, process continuity, configuration validation, and business readiness across SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Hypercare phases. The QA Lead will work closely with migration architects, Teamcenter configuration teams, business SMEs, and customer stakeholders to establish a robust migration assurance framework, ensuring successful transition from OPSU Teamcenter to EPEC Teamcenter environments. The project emphasizes validation rigor, data quality assessment, acceptance criteria, reconciliation, traceability, and business sign-off.

Key Responsibilities

Test Strategy & Planning Define overall migration testing strategy and quality assurance approach. Establish SIT, UAT, Regression, Migration Rehearsal, and Production Validation plans. Define entry and exit criteria for each testing phase. Develop testing schedules aligned with migration waves and cutover plans. Prepare quality dashboards and governance reports. Migration Validation Management Define validation framework for: Items Item Revisions BOM Structures Datasets Documents CAD Data Workflows ACLs Classifications Historical Configuration Data Ensure preservation of traceability and digital thread continuity throughout migration activities. Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
