Job Summary

The Embedded Linux Technical Specialist plays a critical role in leading the design, development, and delivery of innovative solutions in embedded systems. This position emphasizes architectural excellence and technical proficiency, driving the team to meet and exceed product expectations while adhering to industry standards. Key Responsibilities

1. Architect And Design Embedded Solutions Using Embedded Linux, Ensuring Alignment With Project Specifications And Quality Standards.
2. Serve As A Subject Matter Expert (Sme) In Embedded Linux, Providing Technical Guidance And Best Practices To The Team.
3. Evaluate And Integrate New Technologies Within The Embedded Linux Landscape To Enhance Solution Performance And Ensure Compliance With Quality Assurance Protocols.
4. Train And Mentor Team Members On Embedded Linux Technologies, Ensuring A Well-Equipped Workforce Capable Of Delivering High-Quality Solutions While Mitigating Project Delivery Risks.
5. Gather And Analyze Client Specifications, Translating Them Into Effective Embedded Linux-Based Solutions Tailored To Meet Organizational Needs.
6. Review And Assess Project Deliverables For Compliance With Technical Requirements And Industry Best Practices, Implementing Necessary Adjustments To Enhance Quality.
7. Recommend And Implement Client Value Creation Initiatives Through Innovative Use Of Embedded Linux Technologies, Driving Continuous Improvement And Competitive Advantage.

Skill Requirements

1. Expert In Embedded Linux, With Solid Experience In System Architecture And Development.
2. Proficient In C/C++ Programming And Real-Time Operating Systems.
3. Strong Understanding Of Software Development Methodologies And Tools, Including Version Control Systems.
4. Knowledge Of Containerization Technologies Like Docker And Orchestration Tools Like Kubernetes As Applied In Embedded Environments.
5. Familiarity With Various Embedded Hardware Platforms And Development Environments.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified Embedded Systems Engineer (Cese), Linux Professional Institute Certification (Lpic), Or Similar Certifications Relevant To Embedded Linux Expertise.
