Tech Spec Teamcenter Support, TC Admin

Job Summary

• Administer and maintain Teamcenter environments (DEV, TEST, PROD)
• Install, configure, and upgrade Teamcenter and related components
• Manage system performance, uptime, and availability
• Perform user and access management, roles, and permissions
• Monitor system health, logs, and proactively resolve issues
• Manage BMIDE deployments, patches, and code releases
• Support data model updates, schema changes, and environment synchronization
• Handle backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes
• Manage volume servers, FSC/FMS configuration, and file management
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams for server, database, and network support
• Support integration readiness with T4S/T4ST and other interfaces
• Ensure stability of BOM, BOP (Bill of Process), and BOE (Bill of Equipment) data handling
• Troubleshoot environment, deployment, and connectivity issues
• Maintain system documentation, runbooks, and configuration guides
• Support SIT/UAT/Production deployments and release activities
• Track issues, changes, and tasks using Azure DevOps (AVD)
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards

 

Key Responsibilities

Skill Requirements

1. Strong knowledge and experience in teamcenter functional modules such as structure manager, workflow designer, change management, and classification.
2. Proficiency in teamcenter support including data management, integrations, and customization.
3. Experience in managing tc admin modules for user and group access, data migration, and system administration.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
5. Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and conduct user training sessions.
