Job Summary
The SAP BTP Consultant (Recruitment) is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting BTP solutions for recruitment processes. The role focuses on enabling automation and integrations across SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM), interview processes, offer management, and onboarding triggers, ensuring scalable and efficient hiring operations.
Key Responsibilities
Key Result Areas (KRA)
- Analyze recruitment-related requirements and build BTP-based solutions for hiring workflows
- Design and develop services using SAP BTP, CAP (Node.js/Java), and BTP workflow capabilities
- Provide BAU support including incident handling and issue triaging for recruitment applications
- Implement and support integrations with:
- SuccessFactors RCM and ONB
- External systems (e.g., background verification, vendor platforms)
- Enable automation for:
- Interview scheduling and notifications
- Offer letter processing and approvals
- Candidate lifecycle tracking and reminders
- Analyze logs and system behavior to identify root causes and ensure timely fixes
- Support testing, deployment, and release activities
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and audit compliance

Technical Skills
- SAP BTP (Cloud Foundry / Kyma basics)
- CAP (Node.js or Java), Workflow / Business Rules
- SAP CPI, REST / OData APIs
- SAP HANA / HANA Cloud (basic understanding)
- CI/CD basics and version control
Functional Exposure (Preferred)
- Strong understanding of Recruitment processes in SAP SuccessFactors (RCM)
- Experience in:
- Interview scheduling and automation flows
- Offer management and candidate lifecycle tracking
- Integration with onboarding or BGV/vendor systems
Other Requirements
Others
- Experience: 6–10 years (minimum 3+ years in SAP BTP)
- Certification: SAP BTP certification preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment demand streams and BAU activities
- Good stakeholder communication across HR, TA, and IT teams
