Job Summary
The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Offer Letter) is responsible for configuring, enhancing, and supporting offer letter processes within SuccessFactors. The role focuses on managing offer creation, approval workflows, automation, and integrations, ensuring a seamless and compliant candidate offer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Key Result Areas (KRA)
- Manage and support offer letter processes including creation, approval workflows, and release
- Configure and enhance:
- Offer templates
- Approval workflows
- Business rules and permissions
- Provide BAU support including:
- Incident, problem, and change management
- Issue triaging and resolution
- Support and enhance automation for:
- Offer letter generation and distribution
- Approval reminders and notifications
- Candidate status movement post-offer
- Manage integrations with:
- SuccessFactors RCM and ONB
- External systems (e.g., BGV vendors, document systems)
- Data sync platforms (e.g., Common DB for offer data)
- Ensure data accuracy related to:
- Offer details (CTC, joining date, approvals)
- Offer lifecycle tracking
- Support testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and release activities
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and ensure audit compliance

- SAP SuccessFactors (RCM – Offer Management)
- Business Rules, Workflows, Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- Basic exposure to:
- SAP BTP / Automation (for offer workflows)
- SAP CPI / API integrations
- Understanding of offer templates and document generation
Functional Exposure (Preferred)
- Strong understanding of:
- Offer lifecycle (draft → approval → release → acceptance)
- Compensation and offer structure components
- Experience in:
- Offer automation / distribution (email/PDF/online offers)
- Integrations with onboarding and background verification
Other Requirements
Others
- Experience: 6–10 years (minimum 3+ years in SuccessFactors RCM)
- Certification: SuccessFactors RCM certification preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple offer-related requests and BAU activities
- Good stakeholder coordination with HR, TA, and IT teams
