Product Owner – AI & Digital
Key Responsibilities
Major Responsibilities include:Support the delivery of digital solutions that enable the DPS Supply Chain digital capability pipeline.
Collaborate with global cross-functional teams (business, product, and engineering) to contribute ideas and help define practical, user-focused solutions. Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements and translating them into clear user stories with guidance from senior team members. Participate and lead Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and support backlog management activities. Work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to clarify requirements and ensure alignment on priorities.Help facilitate feedback loops between business users and technical teams to support iterative product improvements.
Contribute to improving processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing across teams.Track work progress, highlight risks or blockers, and communicate updates to team members as needed.Support compliance with company policies related to safety, quality (QSR), and environmental standards.
Skill Requirements
Requirements: Foundational understanding of digital products, data, or technology concepts (academic or early career experience).
Exposure to Agile methodologies (coursework, certification, or internship experience preferred). Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.Basic understanding of data and/or data visualization tools is a plus.Demonstrated interest in product management, digital solutions, or supply chain domain.
