Job Summary

The Technical Architect for Harness is a pivotal role responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality product and sustenance solutions. This role emphasizes the strategic alignment of technical architecture with business objectives, ensuring that the solutions meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards. The Technical Architect will lead a team of engineers, facilitating knowledge transfer and skill development while integrating innovative technologies into the design process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect And Design Comprehensive Harness Solutions Leveraging Cad Tools And Electrical Design Software, Ensuring Alignment With Product Specifications And Regulatory Standards.
2. Mentor And Train Team Members On Harness Design And Development Best Practices, Fostering Skill Enhancement And Preparing The Team For Future Project Demands.
3. Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives By Researching And Implementing Emerging Technologies In Harness Design To Enhance Efficiency And Product Quality.
4. Gather And Analyze Client Specifications To Deliver Tailored Harness Solutions, Ensuring Technical Feasibility And Adherence To Safety Standards.

Skill Requirements

1. Expertise In Harness Design And Architecture Using Tools Such As Autocad, Solidworks, Or Similar Cad Software.
2. Strong Understanding Of Electrical Cabling, Schematics, And Power Distribution Principles.
3. Proficient In 3D Routing And Electro-Mechanical Packaging Techniques.
4. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Work Collaboratively Within A Team Environment.

Other Requirements

1. Certification In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field Is Optional But Valuable.
2. Professional Certifications In Harness Design Or Related Technologies Are Desirable.
