Key Responsibilities

1. Architect And Design Advanced Casting Solutions, Leading The Development Process Through The Team To Meet Product And Sustenance Delivery Standards.
2. Mentor And Train Team Members In Casting Techniques And Best Practices, Ensuring An Adequate Supply Of Skilled Professionals To Mitigate Delivery Risks.
3. Stay Abreast Of Evolving Casting Technologies And Trends, Ensuring Solutions Are Modern And Aligned With Quality Standards And Client Demands.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Gather Detailed Specifications And Translate Them Into Effective Casting Solutions Tailored To The Client’S Requirements.

Skill Requirements

1. Expert Knowledge Of Casting Processes And Techniques, With A Strong Ability To Apply Them In Product Design And Development.
2. Excellent Proficiency In Cad Software For Designing And Modeling Casting Solutions.
3. Solid Understanding Of Materials Science And Engineering Principles As They Apply To Casting.
4. Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Address Complex Design Challenges.
