Key Responsibilities
1. Architect And Develop Comprehensive Cad Solutions By Utilizing Advanced Software Tools To Ensure Product And Sustenance Delivery Aligns With Industry Standards And Client Specifications.
2. Lead The Training And Development Of Team Members In Cad Software, Ensuring A Continuous Supply Of Skilled Resources And Effectively Mitigating Delivery Risks.
3. Drive Knowledge Enhancement By Integrating New Technologies And Practices Into The Team'S Workflow, Ensuring Solutions Remain Current And Meet Rigorous Quality Standards.
4. Collect And Analyze Specifications To Deliver Tailored Solutions For Client Organizations, Demonstrating A Strong Understanding Of Both The Cad Domain And Relevant Technologies.
