Job Summary

  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
  • ITIL Foundation Certification

Experience: 10+ Years | Enterprise ServiceNow Implementation & Transformation Programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define ServiceNow platform architecture, roadmap, and governance
  • Lead design and implementation of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, CSM, and HRSD solutions.
  • Architect integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
  • Drive automation, workflow optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Provide technical leadership, solution reviews, and best-practice guidance.
  • Ensure platform security, scalability, performance, and compliance.

Skill Requirements

  • Strong ServiceNow Architecture & Solution Design experience.
  • Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB/CSDM, Service Catalog, and Flow Designer.
  • Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and JavaScript.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Management frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.

Other Requirements

1. Relevant Certifications Such As Certified Software Architect (Csa) Or Similar Are Optional But Valuable.
