Job Summary

The Technical Architect in Embedded Firmware Design plays a crucial role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering innovative firmware solutions that meet defined standards and client requirements. This position emphasizes leadership in technology, guiding the development team to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality embedded products. The role also involves continuous knowledge enhancement, training initiatives, and staying abreast of advancements in technology to mitigate risks and enhance product sustainability.Embedded C, RTOS-zephyr , BLE, sensors. Focused on architecture, safety concepts, leading reviews, and providing leadership. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect And Design Embedded Firmware Solutions Using C/C++ And Real-Time Operating Systems, Ensuring Alignment With Product Requirements And Industry Standards.
2. Lead And Mentor The Development Team In Firmware Implementation, Fostering Skill Development To Build A Robust Talent Pool While Minimizing Delivery Risks.
3. Stay Updated With Emerging Technologies In Embedded Systems, Integrating Advancements Into Solutions To Enhance Quality And Performance.
4. Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Gather Specifications And Deliver Tailored Firmware Solutions, Ensuring Thorough Understanding Of Client Domain And Technological Nuances.

Skill Requirements

1. Expert Proficiency In Embedded Firmware Design Using C/C++ And Real-Time Operating Systems.
2. Excellent Knowledge Of Hardware-Software Integration And Debugging Techniques.
3. Strong Understanding Of System Architecture Principles And Design Methodologies.
4. In-Depth Experience With Version Control Systems And Development Tools In Embedded Environments.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable: Certified Embedded Systems Engineer (Cese) Or Similar Certifications In Embedded Systems Technology.
