Job Summary

The Technical Architect for Manufacturing Process Planning will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and delivering high-quality solutions aligned with product and sustenance delivery standards. This position entails leading a team through the design and implementation of manufacturing processes, ensuring that solutions are innovative, effective, and meet client specifications. The role demands a strategic mindset, emphasizing continuous improvement and knowledge transfer within the team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect And Develop Comprehensive Manufacturing Process Solutions By Leveraging Expertise In Process Planning And Validation, Ensuring Alignment With Industry Standards And Client Requirements.
2. Mentor And Train Team Members On Manufacturing Process Planning Methodologies And Best Practices, Guaranteeing A Skilled Workforce That Can Effectively Respond To Delivery Challenges.
3. Conduct Regular Knowledge Assessments And Facilitate The Integration Of New Technologies In Manufacturing Processes To Maintain Solution Relevance And Quality.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Gather Detailed Specifications And Translate Them Into Actionable Plans, Delivering Tailored Solutions That Address The Specific Needs Of The Client Organization.

Skill Requirements

1. Expert Knowledge In Manufacturing Process Planning And Process Validation.
2. Proficiency In Process Design Tools And Methodologies.
3. Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Compliance Requirements Related To Manufacturing Processes.
4. Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills To Assess And Enhance Manufacturing Operations.

Other Requirements

1. Certifications Such As Certified Manufacturing Engineer (Cmfge) Or Six Sigma Black Belt Are Optional But Highly Valued.

Minimum Salary (US):  85000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
