Technical Architect Mfg Simulation

Job Summary

The Technical Architect is responsible for Manufacturing Simulation, Simulation Proc/Design/Layout/Validation, Tecnomatix eMPlanner/Process Designer with the primary goal of architecting and designing efficient and effective manufacturing processes using simulation technology.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement manufacturing simulation solutions to optimize production processes.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and design manufacturing layouts and processes.
3. Validate simulation models to ensure accuracy and reliability of the manufacturing processes.
4. Utilize tecnomatix emplanner and process designer to create detailed process designs and layouts.
5. Provide technical expertise and guidance to improve overall manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing simulation technologies.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in manufacturing simulation techniques and tools.
2. Experience in simulation proc/design/layout/validation processes.
3. Advanced skills in using tecnomatix emplanner and process designer software.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify process optimization opportunities.
5. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
6. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality manufacturing solutions.

Other Requirements

1.Certification in Manufacturing Simulation, Simulation Proc/Design/Layout/Validation, or Tecnomatix eMPlanner/Process Designer would be a plus.
