Job Summary

The Technical Architect in Product Design plays a crucial role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering innovative product solutions. This position emphasizes a strategic approach to product architecture and development, ensuring alignment with defined scope, quality standards, and client requirements. The Technical Architect will lead a team to develop sustainable solutions while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge advancement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect And Design Comprehensive Product Solutions By Leading The Team In Applying Best Practices In Product Design, Ensuring Successful Product Delivery And Adherence To Quality Standards.
2. Train And Mentor Team Members In Product Design Methodologies And Tools, Fostering Skill Development To Maintain A Pool Of Proficient Resources While Minimizing Delivery Risks.
3. Drive The Adoption Of Emerging Technologies And Industry Trends Within The Team, Ensuring Solutions Remain Innovative And Compliant With Current Quality Benchmarks And Client Expectations.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Gather Detailed Specifications And Deliver Tailored Solutions That Align With The Specific Domain Needs And Technology Requirements Of The Client Organization.

Skill Requirements

1. Expert Proficiency In Product Design Principles And Methodologies.
2. Strong Understanding Of Design For Manufacturing And Assembly (Dfma) Concepts.
3. In-Depth Knowledge Of Geometric Dimensioning And Tolerancing (Gd&T) Practices.
4. Familiarity With Industry Standards And Tools Relevant To Product Design And Architecture.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified Product Design Professional (Cpdp), Certified Gd&T Professional.
2. Familiarity With Relevant Software Tools Such As Cad Systems Is Beneficial.
Maximum Salary (US):  130000
Minimum Salary (US):  85000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
