Job Summary

As a Technical Architect specializing in Spring Boot, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality software solutions for product and sustenance delivery. Your expertise will guide the team in adhering to defined scopes and standards, ensuring that architectural decisions align with organizational objectives and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect And Develop Robust Software Solutions Using Spring Boot, Ensuring Alignment With Product Specifications And Sustainability Standards Through Effective Collaboration With The Development Team.
2. Mentor And Train Team Members On Spring Boot Best Practices And Design Principles, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Learning And Skill Enhancement To Mitigate Delivery Risks.
3. Conduct Research On Emerging Technologies And Frameworks, Integrating Them Into Existing Solutions To Maintain Competitive Advantage And Meet Evolving Quality Standards.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Gather And Analyze Specifications, Translating Business Requirements Into Technical Designs For Spring Boot Applications That Deliver Value To Client Organizations.

Skill Requirements

1. Expert Knowledge Of Spring Boot And Its Ecosystem With A Strong Understanding Of Microservices Architecture.
2. Proficiency In Java Programming And Experience With Restful Api Development.
3. Strong Understanding Of Software Design Patterns And Architectural Principles.
4. Familiarity With Cloud Platforms (E.G., Aws, Azure) And Containerization Technologies (E.G., Docker, Kubernetes) Is Desirable.
5. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Communicate Complex Technical Concepts Effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
