Job Summary
Must Have:
- Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central architecture and data models.
- Proficiency in configuring Foundation Objects, Business Rules, and Workflows.
- Familiarity with EC integrations (e.g., with Payroll, Time, Recruiting).
- Good knowledge in using Business AI solutions.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll, Reporting, EC Time, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, ESM, Workzone, Opentext, is desirable.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities

- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with HR to define system needs through workshops and interviews.
- Testing & QA: Design and execute test plans; resolve configuration issues.
- Training & Documentation: Develop user guides, deliver training, and maintain process documentation.
- Post-Go-Live Support: Provide hypercare, resolve issues, and optimize system performance.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure data privacy, regulatory compliance, and maintain audit readiness
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as a high degree of teamwork, commitment and customer orientation.
