Job Summary
Technical architecture leader accountable for translating business workflow needs into scalable Camunda designs and implementation patterns across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design for Camunda-based workflow, automation, and integration initiatives.
- Design BPMN/DMN models, service orchestration flows, worker patterns, integration contracts, data flows, and exception handling strategies.
- Conduct POCs, evaluate tools, recommend architecture improvements, and support modernization programs involving Camunda.
- Drive adoption of BPM standards, reusable components, common libraries, deployment templates, and automation frameworks.
- Guide development teams on solution implementation, code quality, testing strategy, performance tuning, and production readiness.
- Work closely with business analysts, product owners, platform teams, security teams, and customer stakeholders to finalize technical approaches.
Skill Requirements
- 10-14 years of IT experience with strong architecture and development background; minimum 4+ years in Camunda/BPM implementation preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with Camunda BPM, BPMN/DMN, Zeebe workers or external task clients, Java/Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, including containerized deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ or equivalent messaging platforms and enterprise integration patterns.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, observable, and high-performance automation solutions.
- Experience in process monitoring, incident troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and operational support models.
- Strong communication skills with ability to lead design workshops and explain technical trade-offs clearly.
Other Requirements
- Exposure to DDD, CQRS, event sourcing, API gateway patterns, and identity platforms such as OAuth2, Keycloak, or Azure AD.
- Experience building reusable Camunda accelerators, connectors, templates, or internal frameworks.
- Camunda certification is a plus
