Technical Architect
Hyderabad, Telangana

Job Summary

  • Design and architect end-to-end UiPath RPA solutions aligned with business requirements
  • Define automation frameworks, best practices, and coding standards
  • Lead technical design reviews and provide architectural guidance to development teams
  • Evaluate and recommend automation opportunities and tools within the UiPath ecosystem (AI Center, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, etc.)
  • Ensure scalability, security, and performance of automation solutions
  • Oversee bot deployment, scheduling, and monitoring using UiPath Orchestrator
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide root cause analysis
  • Mentor developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in automation solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 8+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in UiPath RPA development/architecture
  • Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework
  • Experience with automation design, solution architecture, and system integration
  • Proficiency in .NET, C#, or VB.NET
  • Knowledge of APIs, web services, and database systems (SQL)
  • Experience with exception handling, logging, and error recovery mechanisms
  • Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle, governance, and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) or Solution Architect Certification
  • Experience with AI/ML integration, OCR, Document Understanding
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
  • Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines for RPA
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies

Key Responsibilities

1. To architect| design and develop [through team] solution for product / sustenance delivery.
2. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
4. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
