Job Summary

To conceptualize| design and deliver product / sustenance delivery through the team as per defined scope and standards in a particular technology

Position : Electrical Design Engineer (Manager)
•    Band: E3.1
Work Location: HCL Jigani or ITPL. 
Working type: Work from Office 
Key Requirements: 
1.    Candidates having Design Engineering experience as well as Assembly Interface, Installation and commissioning knowledge. 
2.    Hands-on experience with at least 2 Electrical CAD Tools Like Cre O, E3s, E-Plan, AutoCAD  Electrical.
3.    Good in Communication and Presentation Skills. 
4.    Experience in Class 3 cable routing with UGNX or Creo or Solid Works will be an added advantage. 
5.    Experience in manufacturing companies Like CNC and Special Purpose Machineries, Industrial Automations, SEMI Domain (Not Just with Harness/ Schematics  designs). 
6.    Good knowledge in Temperature controllers Like Micro fusion, Watlow, Eurotherm-selections, functional understand. 
7.    Knowledge in Servo Control systems, VFD, Motion control feedback system. 
8.    Expertise in Power Distribution/Control Panel Designs for Schematics, Cable Harness, PD panel Designs. 
9.    Selection of Electrical & Electronics Components Like Switch Gears, Control Actuators, Power supplies, Industrial transducers, Industrial Sensors, Servo Drives, VF  
Drives, Servo Motors, Heaters, Induction Motors, Control Systems, PD Enclosures, Cables, Connectors and its accessories, temperature Controllers as Per Global 
Standards Like UL, NFPA79, NEMAEtc.
9.Good Knowledge in Electrical Basic Fundamentals Like EMC, EMI, Earthing, Grounding. 
10.    Experience in Electrical Load and Heat Load calculations for Power Distribution Panel Designs. 

Key Responsibilities

1. To architect| design and develop [through team] solution for product / sustenance delivery.
2. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
4. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
