Job Summary
• 15+ years of experience as SAP Plant Maintenance functional consultant including at least 3 years as principal solution architect
• At least 2 end-to-end implementation experience in SAP S/4 HANA Plant Maintenance (EAM) module preferable delivered using SAP Activate methodology & Solution Manager
• Experience in atleast 1 conversion project of SAP ECC to Suite on Hana (SoH) or SAP S/4 HANA having scenarios handled like landscape transformation, Merging, harmonizing global templates
• Sound knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA Simplification list, BSR reporting, pre-checks and post checks conversion activities during SAP ECC to Suite on Hana (SoH) or SAP S/4 HANA
• Sound knowledge in design, implementing, and deploying SAP S/4 HANA solutions to achieve defined business goals using standard and custom FIORI apps
• Sound in effective requirement gathering, best practices, gap analysis, solution design, BBP documentation, sign off and trainings with Core team
• Hand-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA Plant Maintenance (EAM) module configurations along-with cross functional integrations with FICO, MM, SD , PP
• Sound knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Plant Maintenance (EAM) module business processes like Enterprise Structure, Predictive Maintenance Planning, Corrective Maintenance, Maintenance Execution, Document imaging, Resource Scheduling, Notifications, Spare parts planning, Procurement of Service, Master data for all Enterprise Asset Management areas, Maintenance Management reporting and embedded analytics, Fiori user experience and roles
• Knowledge on Agile, managing sprints and Waterfall methodology will add an advantage
Key Responsibilities
2. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
4. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
