Technical Architect

Job Summary

experienced and highly skilled Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities to mentor teams, ensure best practices, and deliver scalable, reliable systems aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead architecture, design, and development of applications and systems
2. Review and guide code quality, performance, and scalability
3. Define and enforce coding standards, design principles, and best practices
4. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions
4. Guide and mentor developers across multiple skill levels
5. Act as a bridge between engineering teams and business stakeholders
 

Skill Requirements

Strong experience in Java , Springboot , KAFKA
Hands-on experience with system design, microservices, and APIs
Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
Solid experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
Knowledge of DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes)
