Product Owner/Product Manager:10-12 years of experience as a Product Owner/ManagerBacklog Management: Own and manage the backlog of the product and prioritise workExecution: Translate high-level vision into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria; lead and coordinate with the development team on prioritiesStakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between business, IT and technical team and build relationships with stakeholdersAgentic AI or Generative AI: Any experience in Generative AI or Agentic AI projects would be an advantageCommunication: Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business goals to technical teamsIndustry: Any experience in Utilities industry will certainly be a plus
