Role OverviewThe Teamcenter Solution & Accelerator Lead is responsible for taking solutions and accelerators developed by the Teamcenter Center of Excellence (CoE) into live customer engagements — implementing, configuring, and extending them to address customer-specific use cases, and supporting them through go-live and into steady-state operation. The role sits at the intersection of accelerator engineering and field delivery: you will be the person who turns reusable CoE assets into delivered, hardened, value-generating solutions on real projects.You will lead solution design and deployment, own the technical relationship with customer and delivery stakeholders, run multiple parallel workstreams, and channel field learnings back to the CoE to continuously improve the accelerators.These solutions and accelerator include (Data Migration, Test Automation, Implementation, Environment Management, DevOps, PLM Monitor)

Lead end-to-end implementation of Teamcenter accelerators and solutions on customer projects.Translate customer-specific requirements into configuration, extension, and adaptation of the accelerators / solutions, balancing reuse of standard assets against bespoke needs.Work directly with individual solution owners to address customer-specific needs, driving design and solution changes to the accelerators that enable customer-specific asks.Own solution design and deployment — from architecture and environment setup through build, configuration, integration, testing, hardening, and go-live.Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer and internal delivery stakeholders, translating technical status into clear leadership updates.Mentor and guide engineers and consultants on accelerator usage, Teamcenter best practices, and delivery standards.
Skill Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
10+years of relevant experience delivering Teamcenter solutions, with a track record of leading implementations on customer projects.Strong, hands-on Teamcenter background across deployment, configuration, BMIDE, Active Workspace, and ITK/SOA customization.Solid grasp of Teamcenter environment architecture — multi-tier setup, pools, dispatcher, FMS, and database — relevant to cloning, deployment, and monitoring.Proven ability to lead multiple parallel workstreams and manage progress, dependencies, and reporting.
