Job Summary

Job Description:
The role description as follows:
•    Techno Functional Consultant with 12 to 15+ years of extensive experience in Warehouse management domain with expertise in Manhattan Active
•    Level 2 Problem Root Cause Analysis for complex problems and delivering optimal solutions for 3PL logistics
•    Support with exposure to business operations to provide fix to Functional/Operational issues.
•    Evaluates and provides technical solutions to application problems
•    Providing support by fixing the incidents/or providing workarounds for incident reduction
•    Defining the to-be-processes and detailed functional and technical designs based on customer requirements
•    Identifying Process Gaps and providing suggestions to improve process quality
•    Work closely with customer and product owners for custom extensions to the existing functionality
 
Must have:
•    Manhattan MAWM (Active) / WMOS
•    Oracle/ PL/SQL
•    Linux/Unix Shell Scripting
 
Nice-to-have:
•    Experience in migrations, and performance tuning.
•    MHE Configuration and Integration
•    Tools: Servicenow
•    Monitoring Tools: SCI
