Job Summary

Desired Skills & Experience:
7–12 years of experience with strong understanding of Coupa’s data model, table structure, and integration capabilities.
Hands-on experience in 3–5 Coupa projects involving P2P, Contract, Sourcing, Analytics, and Risk Assess from an integration perspective.
Integration Technologies:
Experience with APIs (REST, SOAP), middleware platforms, and integration tools.
Middleware Experience:
Hands-on experience with platforms like Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO, Databricks.
Strong understanding of supplier relationship management, sourcing, and procurement processes.
Proven ability in troubleshooting and problem-solving for complex integration issues.
Hands-on experience with Procurement tools, preferably Coupa.
Coupa certifications are highly desirable.
Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Solution-driven attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA) and ITIL processes.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
