Role Summary
Translates business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions spanning applications, integration, data, and infrastructure for Chubb engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business/technical requirements to design end-to-end solutions.
- Create solution blueprints covering application, data, integration, and infrastructure layers.
- Work with Chubb stakeholders and delivery teams to validate feasibility, cost, and risk.
- Support proposal/estimation activities and ensure solutions align with Chubb's Most Favored Customer and investment commitments.
- Own technical governance across the solution lifecycle, from design through go-live.
Required Skills & Experience
- Solution design across multi-technology landscapes
- Cloud and insurance-platform (Guidewire/Duck Creek) familiarity
- Stakeholder management and pre-sales support
- Cost/benefit and risk analysis
- Strong communication and documentation skills

Enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF or equivalent) • Cloud platforms • Solution design tooling
