Job Summary

8 to 10 years of SAP ABAP Lead Development experience 

Good understanding of HANA technology on application and database level a plus 

Experience in managing complex development efforts with a heavy offshore component   

Experience working directly with Functional and Development teams 

Experience in understanding and translating business requirements into technical specifications with minimal supervision 

Proven ability to work with cross-functional SAP and client infrastructure teams to manage design delivery and testing of the entire project production landscape 

Should be able to work independently and with minimum supervision 

Ability to provide status to Management and/or Technical Architects 

Responsible for analyzing business requirements designing and SAP solutions  

Candidate should be a self-starter should have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
