Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SoC Design Lead with 10-15 years of experience in complex ASIC/SoC development. The candidate will lead SoC architecture implementation, RTL design, integration, and delivery through tape-out while collaborating with architecture, verification, DFT, physical design, firmware, and validation teams.

• Lead end-to-end SoC design and integration activities.
• Drive micro-architecture, RTL design, and design reviews.
• Own IP integration, clock/reset architecture, and SoC bring-up support.
• Collaborate with verification teams to ensure design quality and coverage closure.
• Drive synthesis, LEC, CDC/RDC, timing, and low-power sign-off readiness.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across the project lifecycle.
• Support silicon bring-up, debug, and post-silicon activities.

Skill Requirements

Required Skills

• Strong RTL design experience using Verilog/SystemVerilog.
• Expertise in ASIC/SoC design flows and tape-out execution.
• Experience with SoC integration, CDC/RDC analysis, synthesis, and STA concepts.
• Knowledge of AMBA protocols (AXI/AHB/APB).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional global teams.

Preferred Skills

• ARM-based SoC architecture.
• Low-power design (UPF/CPF).
• Automotive, HPC, Networking, AI/ML, or Datacenter SoCs.
• Scripting using Python, Perl, TCL, or Shell.
