Job Summary

To conceptualize| design and deliver product / sustenance delivery through the team as per defined scope and standards in a particular technology

We are seeking a skilled UKG Kronos Consultant/Developer with strong expertise in workforce management solutions, including timekeeping, scheduling, and integrations. The candidate will be responsible for implementation, customization, and support of UKG (Kronos) applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and support UKG Workforce Central / UKG Pro WFM (Kronos) modules:
    • Time & Attendance
    • Accruals
    • Scheduling
    • Absence Management
  • Develop and maintain:
    • Interfaces (WIM, Boomi, API integrations)
    • Custom reports (SQL, Cognos)
  • Handle end-to-end implementation and enhancements
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support
  • Work with business stakeholders for requirement gathering
  • Perform data migration, validation, and testing (UAT support)
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
  • Optimize system performance and recommend improvements

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in UKG Kronos / Workforce Central / Dimensions
  • Expertise in:
    • Timekeeping & Scheduling configurations
    • Accruals and pay rules
  • Knowledge of:
    • SQL / PL-SQL
    • Integration tools (WIM, Dell Boomi, APIs)
  • Understanding of workforce management processes
  • Experience in production support and incident management
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with UKG Dimensions (cloud-based Kronos)
  • Knowledge of Java / middleware integrations
  • Exposure to Azure / cloud environments
  • Familiarity with Agile / DevOps practices

Experience

  • 10+ years in UKG Kronos implementations/support
  • For Technical Lead (like your role):

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Nice-to-Have Certifications

  • UKG Kronos Certification (WFC / Dimensions)
  • Integration or Boomi certification

Key Responsibilities

1. To architect| design and develop [through team] solution for product / sustenance delivery.
2. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
4. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
