Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager with strong experience in agile methodologies, particularly SAFe 6, and a robust technical background in REST APIs, version control, and CI/CD DevOps workflows. The ideal candidate will lead product development initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of agile practices with continuous delivery pipelines, and driving customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Apply SAFe 6 principles to coordinate teams, facilitate PI planning, and synchronize delivery schedules.
  • Gather requirements and prioritize features based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure efficient development, integration, and deployment of REST APIs.
  • Oversee version control processes using Git/GitHub to manage code quality and collaboration.
  • Drive and improve CI/CD workflows to enhance deployment automation and reduce time-to-market.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and developers to deliver high-impact products.
  • Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate to optimize user experience and functionality.

Skill Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in an agile environment, ideally with SAFe 6 certification.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and integration best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git and GitHub.
  • Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and customer feedback.

Other Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in SAFe (SAFe Program Consultant or SAFe Agilist).
  • Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure automation is a plus.
  • Knowledge of scripting and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
