Job Summary

• 10–15+ years in QA/Test Engineering.
• 5+ years of hands-on Tricentis architecture experience.
• Experience delivering large enterprise automation transformation programs.
• Experience administering Tricentis testing platforms.
• Experience with SAP, ERP, or complex enterprise application landscapes.
• Experience with global delivery and client-facing consulting engagements
• Define enterprise test automation strategy and roadmap.
• Design end-to-end testing architecture using Tricentis products.
• Lead Tricentis Tosca implementation, framework design, and governance.
• Assess automation opportunities and create automation adoption plans.
• Define test data management and service virtualization strategies.
• Integrate Tricentis tools with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab).
• Establish automation standards, reusable assets, and best practices.
• Perform solution sizing, estimation, and technical due diligence.
• Support RFPs, proposals, and customer presentations.
• Provide technical leadership to automation engineers and test leads.
• Drive SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Web, Mobile, API, and ERP testing transformations.
• Define KPIs and reporting dashboards for quality engineering programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. To architect| design and develop [through team] solution for product / sustenance delivery.
2. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
4. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
