Job Summary

Technical LeadershipLead and mentor a team of Oracle Fusion technical developers, and support analysts.Provide technical guidance, code reviews, design reviews, and best practices.Drive solution architecture discussions and technical decision-making for enhancements and support fixes.Ensure adherence to development standards, governance, documentation practices, and managed service processes.Manage offshore team deliverables, timelines, service levels, and quality metrics.Development and EnhancementsDesign, develop, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion Cloud technical solutions for enhancements and service requests.Build and support:BI Publisher ReportsOTBI Reports and DashboardsSQL and PL/SQL solutionsData extracts and integrationsFBDI and HDL-based data loadsCustom reporting and analytics solutionsDevelop and support integrations using Oracle Cloud technologies.Optimize report performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.Production Support & Service OperationsProvide L1 to L3 production support for Oracle Fusion Financials applications.Lead incident triage, troubleshooting, resolution, and escalation management.Perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.Manage incident, problem, change, and release management processes.Ensure SLA adherence, timely resolution of business-critical issues, and effective backlog management.Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.Participate in service reviews, operational governance meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary technical point of contact for business and IT stakeholders.Communicate service status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans clearly and proactively.Partner with the Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Integrations and Corp infrastructure teams.Facilitate requirement gathering, solution walkthroughs, knowledge-sharing sessions, and transition activities.Support onboarding of new processes, applications, and support scope into the managed services model.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.10+ years of Oracle ERP technical experience.5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience.Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials modules:General Ledger (GL)HR (Basic HCM knowledge)Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)Fixed Assets (FA)Cash Management (CM)Procurement / Purchasing (PO)Required Technical SkillsAdvanced ExpertiseOracle BI Publisher ReportsOracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)SQL and PL/SQL DevelopmentOracle Fusion Data ModelFBDI and HDLOracle ERP Cloud Reporting FrameworksWeb Services (SOAP/REST APIs)Oracle Integration conceptsStrong UnderstandingFinancial accounting processes and ERP workflowsSecurity and role-based access conceptsData migration and reconciliation processesPerformance tuning and troubleshootingIncident, problem, and change management in a managed services environment
