Job Summary

Role Summary 

HCLTech is seeking a highly experienced SAP HCM PA/OM Architect with 8–10 years of SAP implementation experience to lead HR transformation initiatives for steel manufacturing organizations. The role requires deep expertise in Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), SAP S/4HANA, Greenfield and Brownfield implementations, workforce management, organizational design, HR master data governance, and integration with SuccessFactors and related SAP solutions. 

Key Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Lead SAP HCM PA/OM architecture, solution design, implementation and governance activities. 

  • Drive Greenfield, Brownfield, rollout and SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. 

  • Conduct HR strategy workshops and translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions. 

  • Design organizational structures, jobs, positions, reporting hierarchies and workforce planning models. 

  • Configure and optimize Personnel Administration and Organizational Management processes. 

  • Define HR master data governance and organizational effectiveness frameworks. 

  • Lead integration with Payroll, Time Management, SuccessFactors, Fiori, Security and GRC solutions. 

  • Prepare functional specifications and guide ABAP, Basis and integration teams. 

  • Lead SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live and Hypercare support activities. 

  • Mentor consultants, manage stakeholders and provide architectural leadership.

  • 8–10 years SAP implementation experience 

  • Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP implementations 

  • Greenfield and Brownfield transformation expertise 

  • Data migration, testing and cutover leadership 

  • Production support and AMS experience 

Education & Certifications 

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, HR, Management or related discipline 

  • SAP HCM Certification preferred 

  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification preferred 

  • MBA/PGDM desirable
