Job Summary

Need a Transformation Lead who can drives program-based technology transformation initiatives by defining target architectures, modernizing platforms, and leading digital transformation programs. This role bridges business strategy and technology execution, ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions aligned with program objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive program based architecture and technology transformation roadmaps.
Lead modernization initiatives involving cloud, data, AI, automation, and application transformation.
Design scalable, secure, and resilient solution architectures.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology investments with strategic goals.
Govern architecture standards, technology selection, and solution compliance.
Lead cross-functional teams across delivery, engineering, operations, and business functions.
Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and cost reduction.
Provide technical leadership during migrations, integrations, and platform transformations.
Drive innovation through emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Mentor architects and engineering teams on architecture principles and transformation approaches.

Other Requirements
