Job Summary
Responsibilities- Solution Manager
- Administer and configure SAP Solution Manager functionalities.
- Monitor and maintain the health of SAP systems using Solution Manager.
- Implement and manage Change Control Management (ChaRM).
- Conduct system diagnostics and performance tuning.
- Integrate SAP Solution Manager with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Solution Manager issues.
- Create and maintain documentation for configuration and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and business units to align SAP Solution Manager capabilities with business needs.

- Real User Monitoring (RUM)
- Deployment & Operations scenarios

- Drive automation and one-touch monitoring setup
- Support customers in Cloud ALM adoption and best practices
