Technical Consultant

Job Summary

A a QA Engineer / Senior QA Engineer with strong manual testing,
API testing (Postman/Swagger) and experience in creating test plans with
test evidence documentations.  work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, own QA activities end-to-end, and contribute to high-quality releases. Load testing knowledge using JMeter is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Perform manual testing or web and mobile applications, including functional, regression, smoke,sanity, and exploratory testing.
Design and execute  test cases, test scenarios, and test plans based on requirements/userstories.
Conduct API testing using Postman  and Swagger , including request validation, response verification, negative testing, and basic API contract checks.
Analyze test results, log defects clearly, and manage defect lifecycle using
JIRA and/or AzureDevOps
.
Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams to ensurequality at every stage.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives) andcontribute to continuous improvement.
Support test reporting ,  , quality metrics, and release sign-off activities. 
5. To train others and prepare and deliver presentations for knowledge sharing amongst different teams in the project.
