Job Summary

Informatica MDM Consultant with 7.5 years of experience delivering enterprise Master Data Management solutions across Customer, Vendor, Product, and Item domains. • Extensive experience in Informatica MDM Multi-Domain Hub, IDD, ActiveVOS, Business Entities, Hierarchies, Match & Merge, Trust Framework, and Data Stewardship. • Hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), including MDM SaaS, Customer 360 (C360), Multidomain MDM, Cloud Data Integration (CDI), and Cloud Application Integration (CAI). • Strong understanding of SaaS-based MDM architecture, entity modeling, relationships, survivorship, reference data management, hierarchy management, and governance. • Expertise in Customer, Vendor, and Item Master Data implementations and production support. • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, SIF Services, cloud integration patterns, and enterprise application integrations. • Strong knowledge of Data Quality, Golden Record Management, Data Governance, Data Stewardship, Performance Tuning, and Production Support. • Experienced in stakeholder collaboration, solution design discussions, requirement analysis, and production support leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. To analyze |define and design technical solution for ERP product’s enhancement and work towards continuous improvement during product implementation and production support stages.
2. To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs.
3. To interact with the client and other functional teams for gaining understanding of the requirements.
4. To participate in team meetings.
5. To train others and prepare and deliver presentations for knowledge sharing amongst different teams in the project.
