Job Summary
1. 5-7 years of SAP experience in SAP ATTP (Advanced Track & Trace for Pharmaceuticals).2. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical serialization, aggregation, commissioning/decommissioning, and global track & trace business processes.3. Experience in L2/L3 AMS support, including incident management, problem analysis, defect resolution, enhancements, and change management.4. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) ticket handling, SLA management, ticket prioritization, and lifecycle management in a global support environment.5. Good understanding of SAP ATTP integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA, SAP MII/DMC, EWM, and third-party serialization/line management systems.6. Familiarity with GS1/EPCIS standards, XML, IDoc, Web Services, interface monitoring, and global serialization regulations (EU FMD, DSCSA, etc.).7. Good understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management, with experience working in ITIL-based AMS support engagements.8. Experience working in GxP-regulated pharmaceutical environments with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
