Job Title: Kinaxis Consultant – L2 Level
Job Summary:
To support the configuration, testing, and deployment of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions. Play a key role in the implementation of supply chain planning applications, assisting in solution delivery, data validation, and end-user support across demand, supply, and inventory planning processes. 

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Kinaxis RapidResponse Workbooks, Worksheets, Tasks, Alerts, Filters, and Dashboards based on design documents.
  • Support the development and tuning of planning logic, constraints, and data models.
  • Assist in data integration testing, data validation, and load monitoring between ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Kinaxis.
  • Perform data reconciliation and cleansing to ensure consistency and accuracy across planning modules. 
  • Support unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
  • Create and maintain functional documentation, test cases, user guides, and configuration trackers.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, solution leads, and client stakeholders to understand planning needs and provide configuration support.
  • Participate in functional workshops, training sessions, and user support activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kinaxis configuration or data.
  • Provide post-deployment support and participate in hypercare activities.
   

Skill Requirements

• Required Skills & Competencies:
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse in a support or implementation role
  • Familiarity with planning functions such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Management
  • Working knowledge of configuring:
  • Workbooks, Worksheets, Filters, Tasks, Alerts, Metrics, Dashboards
  • Basic understanding of data models and integration with ERP systems
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to document and track configuration changes and issues
   Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure to ERP systems like SAP ECC/S4HANA or Oracle
  • Kinaxis certification (e.g., Contributor or Author) is a plus
  • Understanding of supply chain planning principles and KPIs
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project delivery environments
  Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
