Job Summary

Basic knowledge on IT Asset management (ITAM) End to End Lifecycle Experience in handling Asset database (HAM & SAM) preferably in Service Now Hands on experience in software licensing procurement, inventory, terms and conditions, database updates, etc. Experience in taking care of day-to-day ITAM service tickets starting form procurement till disposal process in any Inventory tool (preferable tool is Service Now) Co-ordinate with multiple vendors/suppliers for quote, purchase, delivery, installation/upgrade of IT assets, etc.… need to be completed within agreed SLA/TAT Good Written and Verbale communication skills Adaptable and flexible, Perform under pressure and Work as a team to achieve target goals
