Technical Lead (Support & Operations)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Integration Specialist with expertise in INUBIT, webMethods, and Dell Boomi to design, implement, and support enterprise integration solutions connecting business applications, cloud platforms, legacy systems, and external partners. The role requires strong experience in middleware administration, API integration, workflow orchestration, and production support.

 

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Integration Support & Administration
Act as SME for INUBIT, webMethods, and Dell Boomi platforms.
Provide L3 support for integration, data mapping, and performance issues.
Manage platform upgrades, patching, clustering, failover, and high availability.
Design & Development
Design and develop APIs, workflows, ESB services, and integration interfaces.
Create data mappings and transformation logic for XML, JSON, CSV, EDIFACT, and Flat Files.
Integrate SAP, databases, REST/SOAP services, JMS/MQ messaging platforms, and B2B partners.
Develop process orchestration using BPMN 2.0 and industry-standard integration patterns.
Governance & Leadership
Define integration standards, security controls, and best practices.
Manage access control, audit logging, and platform compliance.
Mentor developers and conduct design/code reviews.
Required Skills
8+ years of experience in Middleware, EAI, ESB, and API Integration.
Hands-on experience with:
INUBIT Enterprise Platform
Software AG webMethods
Dell Boomi AtomSphere
Strong knowledge of:
EAI, SOA, ESB, API Management
REST, SOAP, HTTPS, SFTP, AS2, JMS, MQ
XML, JSON, XSLT, EDIFACT
Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL
Java, JavaScript, Python, Shell Scripting
Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support experience.
Preferred Skills
Certifications in INUBIT, webMethods, or Dell Boomi.
Docker and Kubernetes.
Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Git, Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and API-led Integration.
