Job Description Job Title: Saviynt IAM Specialist Corporate Title: Associate Division: GPSE Department / Group: IAM Technology Services Location: Powaii Hiring Manager: Brian Paterson 1) Job/Group Overview: We are seeking an Associate level Saviynt IAM Specialist to support the implementation and administration of our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform. This role focuses on hands-on configuration, application onboarding, connector development, legacy IAM platform migration, and feed file ingestion within the Saviynt platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Saviynt, a solid understanding of identity and access management concepts, and experience in integrating diverse enterprise applications with IGA solutions. 2) Responsibilities: Domain Expertise • Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) principles • Good experience in IAM platform implementation and configuration • Expertise in working on Saviynt IGA platform (ILM, Access Requests, Certification, Role Management) • Good domain knowledge in identity lifecycle management and access controls • Experience designing and delivering access governance solutions • Good understanding of RBAC, SoD policies, and least privilege principles Legacy Platform Migration • Lead migration of legacy regional identity and authentication systems to Saviynt IGA platform • Conduct discovery and analysis of legacy identity data structures and provisioning rules • Develop migration runbooks, data mapping specifications, cutover and rollback plans • Coordinate with regional IAM teams to validate migrated identities and entitlement mappings • Perform pre- and post-migration reconciliation to ensure data integrity and completeness Application Onboarding & Feed File Ingestion • Lead application onboarding initiatives including requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement • Manage end-to-end feed file ingestion processes including parsing, validation, and transformation • Design automated feed file processing workflows for identity data from upstream source systems • Create functional specifications, BRDs, and conduct gap analysis for access provisioning processes • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans including unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing • Troubleshoot connector integration issues, optimize performance, and manage defect resolution Business Analysis & Requirements • Collaborate with business stakeholders and application owners to gather IAM requirements • Define feed file specifications, agree on data formats (CSV, XML, JSON), and establish delivery SLAs • Develop detailed use cases, process definitions, and data quality standards • Provide technical insight to guide stakeholder requirements Access Governance & Compliance • Configure and manage access certification campaigns for periodic access reviews • Support remediation activities for policy violations and unauthorized access • Create dashboards and reports to support compliance, audit, and business requirements • Maintain audit-ready evidence for IAM controls and processes • Ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements and internal security policies Stakeholder Man
